THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS makes this Order under Article 46 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2023 –
1 Commencement of Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2023
The Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2023 comes into force on 17th July 2023.
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Commencement of Amendment No. 3 Law) (Jersey) Order 2023.
