                THE STATES, in pursuance of Articles 4 and 6 of the Aerodromes (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1952, as amended,[1] have made the following Regulations -

                1.      In Article 9 of the Aerodromes (Jersey) Regulations 1965, as amended,[2] there shall be added at the end of paragraph (p) the words “or fail to pay any relevant charge for parking a vehicle in such a place”.

                2.      These Regulations may be cited as the Aerodromes (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force forthwith on promulgation.
