States of Jersey (Period for Election) (Jersey) Regulations 2010

Coming into force                                                        30th June 2010

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 6(3) of the States of Jersey Law 2005[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Article 6 of the States of Jersey Law 2005 amended

In Article 6(2) of the States of Jersey Law 2005[2], for the words “23rd November” there shall be substituted the words “15th October”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the States of Jersey (Period for Election) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
