Aerodromes (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Regulations 2004

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Aerodromes (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1952,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        Interpretation

In these Regulations, “principal Regulations” means the Aerodromes (Jersey) Regulations 1965.[2]

2        Regulation 1 amended

In Regulation 1(3) of the principal Regulations, for the words “a fine not exceeding one thousand pounds” there shall be substituted the words “a fine of level 4 on the standard scale[3]”.

3        Regulation 2 amended

In Regulation 2(2) of the principal Regulations, for the words “a fine not exceeding twenty pounds” there shall be substituted the words “a fine of level 2 on the standard scale[4]”.

4        Regulation 7 amended

In Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations, for the words “a fine not exceeding one thousand pounds” there shall be substituted the words “a fine of level 3 on the standard scale[5]”.

5        Regulation 12 amended

In Regulation 12 of the principal Regulations, for the words “a fine not exceeding one thousand pounds” there shall be substituted the words “a fine of level 3 on the standard scale[6]”.

6        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Aerodromes (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
