THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 31(2) of the Court of Appeal (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2008[1], have made the following Act –

1        Law commenced

The Court of Appeal (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2008[2] shall come into force on 3rd August 2009.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Court of Appeal (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2008 (Appointed Day) Act 2009.
