THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 12 of the Social Housing (Transfer) (Jersey) Law 2013[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The Social Housing (Transfer) (Jersey) Law 2013[2] shall come into force on 1st July 2014.

2        Citation and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Social Housing (Transfer) (Jersey) Law 2013 (Appointed Day) Act 2014.
