European Union (Repeal and Amendment) (Commencement No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2019

THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS makes this Order, with the approval of the Council of Ministers, under Article 11(2) of the European Union (Repeal and Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2018[1] –

1        Commencement of Articles 6 and 7 of Law (2014 Law: repeals and amendments – sanctions and implementation of EU provisions)

Articles 6 and 7 of the European Union (Repeal and Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2018[2] come into force on 19th July 2019.

2        Citation

This Order may be cited as the European Union (Repeal and Amendment) (Commencement No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2019.
