Health Care (Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications) (Jersey) Order 2003

THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3 and 17 of the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1995,[1] orders as follows –

1        Interpretation

In this Order, “Health Professions Order” means the Health Professions Order 2001 of the United Kingdom.

2        Prescribed qualifications

A qualification specified in column 1 of an entry in the Schedule to this Order is a prescribed qualification for the registrable occupation specified in column 2 of that entry.

3        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Health Care (Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications) (Jersey) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st August 2003.
