1        Taxation (Double Taxation) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 amended

In Schedule 1 to the Taxation (Double Taxation) (Jersey) Regulations 2010[2], in column 3, opposite the entry in column 1 for Malta, there shall be inserted the date “19th July 2010”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Taxation (Double Taxation) (Malta – Date in Force) (Jersey) Order 2010 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
