THE CHIEF MINISTER, having consulted the Management Board, makes this Order under Articles 2 and 7 of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Jersey) Law 1979 –
1 Article 9 (financing of benefits by contributions) of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Existing Members) (Jersey) Order 1986 amended
In Article 9(2) of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Existing Members) (Jersey) Order 1986 for “16.4%” there is substituted “10.8%”.
2 Article 14 (employer’s contributions) of the Teachers’ Superannuation (New Members) (Jersey) Order 2007 amended
In Article 14(1) of the Teachers’ Superannuation (New Members) (Jersey) Order 2007 for “16.4%” there is substituted “10.8%”.
3 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Teachers’ Superannuation (Employer’s Contributions - Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on 1st June 2022.
