Misuse of Drugs
(Amendment of Schedule 2 to Law) (Jersey) Order 2008

Coming into force 6th

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 3 and
27 of the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978[1], and on the recommendation of the
Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, orders as follows –
1 Schedule 2 amended
(1) In
Paragraph 1(a) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs
(Jersey) Law 1978[2], after the entry
“Methadyl acetate” there shall be inserted the following
entry –
(2) In
Paragraph 1(a) of Part 2 of that Schedule the entry
“Methylamphetamine” shall be deleted.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment of
Schedule 2 to Law) (Jersey) Order 2008 and shall come into force 7 days
after it is made.
