Marriage and Civil Status (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 2018 (Appointed Day) Act 2018

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 29 of the Marriage and Civil Status (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 2018[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of the Marriage and Civil Status (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 2018

(1)     Subject to paragraph (2), the Marriage and Civil Status (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 2018[2] shall come into force on 1st July 2018.

(2)     Article 22 of the Marriage and Civil Status (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 2018 shall come into force on 31st July 2018.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Marriage and Civil Status (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 2018 (Appointed Day) Act 2018.
