Policing of Beaches (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Regulations 2016

THE STATES, in pursuance of the Order in Council of the 26 December 1851[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Regulation 3 amended

In Regulation 3(1)(f)(i) of the Policing of Beaches (Jersey) Regulations 1959[2] for the words “gravel, boats or fishing gear” there shall be substituted the words “gravel or boats”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Policing of Beaches (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Regulations 2016 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
