States of Jersey (Period for ordinary election) (Jersey) Regulations 2005

Made                                                                            19th July 2005

Coming into force                              in accordance with Regulation 2

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 6(3) of the States of Jersey Law 2005,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        Article 6(2) of the Law amended

In Article 6(2) of the States of Jersey Law 2005 for the words “24th November” there shall be substituted the words “23rd November”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the States of Jersey (Period for Ordinary Election) (Jersey) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on the same day as Article 6 of the States of Jersey Law 2005.
