Surgeons (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Order 2020

Coming into
force 28th May 2020
THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT makes this Order under Article 11
of the Veterinary Surgeons (Jersey) Law 1999[1] –
1 Amendment of the Veterinary Surgeons (Jersey) Law 1999
In paragraph 2(1) of
Schedule 2 to the Veterinary Surgeons (Jersey) Law 1999[2] –
(a) in clause (b) the
final “or” is deleted;
(b) after clause (c)
there is inserted –
“(d) the collection of blood
from an animal for diagnostic or surveillance purposes; or
(e) the testing of an
animal for diagnostic or surveillance purposes.”.
2 Citation and
commencement
This Order may be cited
as the Veterinary Surgeons (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes
into force 7 days after the day it is made.
