THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 19(2) of the Social Security (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Law 2000,[1] have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of provisions

The provisions of the Social Security (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Law 2000[2] (other than those brought into force by the Social Security (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Law 2000 (Appointed Day) Act 2001[3]) shall come into force on 1st October 2004.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Social Security (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Law 2000 (Appointed Day) Act 2004.
