1 Order amended
This Order amends the Road Traffic
(St. Helier) (Jersey) Order 1996.
2 Article 2 (interpretation) amended
In Article 2 after
the definition “at night” there is inserted –
“ “commercial vehicle” means a vehicle designed or manufactured solely or mainly for
purposes other than those of a private household;”.
3 Schedule 1 (one-way traffic) amended
(1) In
Part 1 of Schedule 1 –
(a) for the entry in the
second column relating to the item “Ann Place” in the first column, there is substituted

south of St. Mark’s Road”.

This Order may be cited
as the Road Traffic (St. Helier) (Amendment No. 38) (Jersey) Order 2022
and comes into force on the day after the day it is made.
