and Criminal Evidence (Codes of Practice) (Amendment) (Revocation) (Jersey)

THE MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS, in pursuance of Article 62 of the Police
Procedures and Criminal Evidence (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –
1 Revocation
(1) The
Police Procedures and Criminal Evidence (Codes of Practice) (Amendment) (Jersey)
Order 2008[2] is revoked.
(2) Notwithstanding
Article 17(2)(a) of the Interpretation (Jersey) Law 1954[3], the
Police Procedures and Criminal Evidence (Codes of Practice) (Jersey) Order 2004[4] shall
have effect as if the Police Procedures and Criminal Evidence (Codes of
Practice) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2008 had not been made.
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Police
Procedures and Criminal Evidence (Codes of Practice) (Amendment) (Revocation)
(Jersey) Order 2008 and comes into force forthwith.
