                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 13 of the Criminal Justice (Community Service Orders) (Jersey) Law 2001,[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      The Criminal Justice (Community Service Orders) (Jersey) Law 2001 shall come into force on the first day of June 2001.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Community Service Orders) (Jersey) Law 2001 (Appointed Day) Act 2001.
