THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 1(5) and 51
of the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974[1], orders as follows –
1 Social Security (Contributions) (Jersey)
Order 1975 amended
In the Social Security (Contributions) (Jersey) Order 1975[2] –
(a) in paragraph 14
of Schedule 1, for the words “1st July 2012” there shall
be substituted the words “1st January 2013”;
(b) in paragraph 5
of Schedule 2, for the words “1st July 2012” there shall
be substituted the words “1st January 2013”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions)
(Amendment No. 12) (Jersey) Order 2012 and shall come into force on
the day after the day it is made.
