                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 21 of the Competition Regulatory Authority (Jersey) Law 2001,[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      The Competition Regulatory Authority (Jersey) Law 2001 shall come into force on the first day of May 2001.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Competition Regulatory Authority (Jersey) Law 2001 (Appointed Day) Act 2001.
