Companies (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2005 (Appointed Day No. 2) Act 2006

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 42 of the Companies (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2005[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of the remainder of the Companies (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2005

Articles 24 and 35 (insofar as it is not already in force) of the Companies (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2005 shall come into force on 1st August 2006.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Companies (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2005 (Appointed Day No. 2) Act 2006.
