1        Schedule 5 amended

In Schedule 5 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003[2] after the word “Norway” there shall be inserted the word “Poland”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2006 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
