THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 32(3) of the Companies (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Law 2008[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Articles 17 to 22 of the Companies (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Law 2008

Articles 17 to 22 of the Companies (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Law 2008[2] shall come into force on 1st August 2008.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Companies (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Law 2008 (Appointed Day) Act 2008.
