1        Public Holidays and Bank Holidays (Jersey) Act 2010 amended

In Part 2 of the Schedule to the Public Holidays and Bank Holidays (Jersey) Act 2010 –

(a)     the existing paragraph is renumbered as paragraph 1;

(b)     after renumbered paragraph 1 there is inserted –

2        Citation and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Public Holidays and Bank Holidays (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Act 2022 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
