1        Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 amended

In the fourth column of the Schedule to the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008[2], under the heading “Date tax information exchange agreements came into force”, in the matter relating to Belgium there is inserted the date “26th July 2017”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Date in Force (Belgium)) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force forthwith.
