                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 2(2) of the Insurance Business (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2000,[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      The Insurance Business (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2000 shall come into force on the twentieth day of October 2000.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Insurance Business (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2000 (Appointed Day) Act 2000.
