Banking Business (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2016

Coming into force                                                    22nd August 2016

THE CHIEF MINISTER, in pursuance of Articles 9 and 51 of the Banking Business (Jersey) Law 1991[1], on the recommendation of the Jersey Financial Services Commission, orders as follows –

1        Banking Business (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2002 amended

In the Banking Business (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2002[2], Article 9(2) and Article 10 shall be deleted.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Banking Business (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2016 and shall come into force on 22nd August 2016.
