(Jersey) Order 2016

THE CHIEF MINISTER, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Control of Borrowing (Jersey) Law 1947[1], and on the recommendation of the
Jersey Financial Services Commission, orders as follows –
1 Article 12A substituted
For Article 12A of the Control of Borrowing (Jersey) Order 1958[2] there shall be substituted
the following Article –
The Commission may, in accordance with Article 15 of the
Financial Services Commission (Jersey) Law 1998[3], publish fees that –
(a) shall be payable by a person upon the
application to the Commission for a grant of a consent; and
(b) shall be payable by the holder of a consent,
at such intervals and upon the occurrence of such events as the Commission may
determine.”.
2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Control of Borrowing (Amendment No. 17)
(Jersey) Order 2016 and shall come into force one month after it is made.
