Order 2022
The Employment
(Minimum Wage) (Amendment No. 15) (Jersey) Order 2022 is repealed.
2 Article 2 (the
minimum wage) of the Employment
(Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007 amended
In Article 2 of the Employment
(Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007 –
(a) in paragraph (1) for “£9.22”
there is substituted “£10.50”;
(b) in paragraph (2) for “£6.91”
there is substituted “£7.87”;
(c) in paragraph (2A) for “£8.07” there is substituted “£9.19”.
3 Citation and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Repeal and Amendment
No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2022.
(2) Article 1
and this Article come into force on the day after this Order is made.
(3) Article 2
comes into force on 1st November 2022.
