THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 12 of the Shops (Regulation of Opening and Deliveries) (Jersey) Law 2010[1], have made the following Act –

1        Law commenced

The Shops (Regulation of Opening and Deliveries) (Jersey) Law 2010[2] shall come into force 14 days after this Act is made.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Shops (Regulation of Opening and Deliveries) (Jersey) Law 2010 (Appointed Day) Act 2011.
