of Parks (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey)
Regulations 2016

Coming into force 20th September 2016
THE STATES, in pursuance of the Order in Council of 26th December 1851[1] and Article 92 of the Road
Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[2], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Policing of Parks (Jersey)
Regulations 2005 amended
(1) In Part 2 of the
Schedule to the Policing of Parks (Jersey) Regulations 2005[3] (the “2005 Regulations”),
after the plan showing Harvey Memorial Gardens there is inserted the plan set
out in Part 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
(2) In Part 5 of the
Schedule to the 2005 Regulations, immediately before the plan showing
Howard Davis Park there is inserted the plan set out in Part 2 of the
Schedule to these Regulations.
2 Citation and
commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Policing of Parks (Amendment
No. 6) (Jersey) Regulations 2016 and shall come into force 7 days
after they are made.
