THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 59
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order, “principal Order”
means the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2].
2 Schedule 1
amended
In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the principal Order –
(a) in
Column 1, after the entry “Ann Place Car Park” there shall be
inserted the entry “Ann Street Brewery Car Park”;
(b) in
Column 2, after the entry “STHA1” there shall be inserted the
entry “STHA1A”.
3 Schedule 2
amended
In Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal Order, after the
entry “STHA1” there shall be inserted the entry
“STHA1A”.
4 Schedule 3
amended
In Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the principal Order, after the
entry “STHA1” there shall be inserted the entry
“STHA1A”.
5 Schedule 4
amended
In Schedule 4 to the principal Order, after the entry
“STHA1” there shall be inserted the entry “STHA1A”.
6 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2012, and shall come into force on
1st October 2012.
