(Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Regulations 2016

Coming into force in
accordance with Regulation 2
THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 3(2) of the Criminal Justice
(Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2016[1], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Enactments amended
In an enactment described in the first column of the Schedule, for
the words in the second column opposite it, there shall be substituted the
words in the third column opposite it.
2 Citation
and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions)
(Jersey) Regulations 2016 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come
into force on the same day as the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions)
(Jersey) Law 2016[2].
(2) Where
an enactment amended by the Schedule is not in force on the day on which, by
virtue of paragraph (1), these Regulations come into force, the amendment
in the Schedule of that enactment shall come into force on the same day as that
enactment.
