1 Schedule 1 to the Income Support (Jersey)
Regulations 2007 amended
(1) This
Regulation amends Schedule 1 to the Income
Support (Jersey) Regulations 2007.
(2) For
paragraph 2(1) (rates for basic components) there is substituted –
“The rates payable for the basic components under Article 5(2)
of the Law are as follows –

paragraph 10(3) (rate for the child day care
component) there is substituted –

rates payable under this sub-paragraph are –

(9) For
paragraph 12 (rate for the carer’s component) there is substituted –

2 Schedule 2 to the Income Support (General
Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2008 consequentially amended
(1) This
Regulation amends Schedule 2 to the Income
Support (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2008.
(2) In
paragraph 4(1)(c)(ii) (calculation of income) –
(a) for
“paragraph 2(1)(a)” there is substituted “paragraph 2(a)”; and
(b) for
“paragraph 2(1)(d)” there is substituted “paragraph 2(d)”.
3 Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be
cited as the Income Support (Amendment No. 23) (Jersey) Regulations 2023
and come into force on 1st January 2024.
