(Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2016 (Appointed Day) Act 2016

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 5 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous
Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2016[1], have made the following Act –
1 Law commenced
(1) Subject
to paragraph (2), the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey)
Law 2016[2] shall
come into force 7 days after this Act is made.
(2) The
following amendments made by Schedule 1 are not commenced –
(a) the
amendment of Article 5(1) of the Aerodromes (Administration) (Jersey)
Law 1952[3];
(b) the
amendments of Article 19(1) and (2) of the Registered Designs (Jersey) Law 1957[4];
(c) the
amendment of Regulation 4(8) of the Harbours (Jersey) Regulations 1962[5];
(d) the
amendments of Articles 25(2) and 27(2) of the Road Traffic (Jersey)
Law 1956[6].
2 Citation
and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice
(Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2016 (Appointed Day) Act 2016
and shall come into force on the day after the day it is made.
