THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 52 of the Proceeds of Crime and Terrorism (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2014[1], have made the following Act –

1        Law commenced

The Proceeds of Crime and Terrorism (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2014[2] shall come into force on 4th August 2014.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime and Terrorism (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 2014.
