Education (Removal
of Governing Body) (Jersey) Order 2004

THE EDUCATION, SPORT AND CULTURE COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Article 57 of
the Education
(Jersey) Law 1999,[1] having consulted as required by
that Article, orders as follows –
1 Schedule 4 amended
In Schedule 4 to the Education
(Jersey) Law 1999 –
(a) in
Part I, in paragraph 1(a),[2] for the words
“College; and” there shall be substituted the word
“College.”;
(b) in
Part I, in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (b)[3] shall be deleted;
(c) in
Part V, paragraph 22[4] shall be deleted.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Education (Removal of Governing Body)
(Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
