THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE makes this Order under Articles
59 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1] –
1 Interpretation
In this Order, “principal
Order” means the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2].
2 Schedule 1 (parking places) amended
In Part 2 of Schedule 1
to the principal Order after the item relating to Le Cimitière
Car Park there is inserted –

“Le Clos des Sables, car park between 122 Le Clos des Sables
and 161 Les Quennevais Park
|
STB3B”.

3 Schedule 2 (maximum
parking periods) amended
In Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the principal Order in the appropriate
place there is inserted “STB3B”.
4 Citation and
commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Amendment No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes into force 7 days
after the day it is made.
