THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 17 of the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey)
Law 1995[1], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Schedule amended
In the Schedule to the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law
1995 –
(a) after
the entry “Ambulance paramedic” there shall be inserted the entry
“Art therapist”;
(b) after
the entry “Occupational therapist” there shall be inserted the
entry “Operating department practitioner”;
(c) after
the entry “Physiotherapist” there shall be inserted the entry
“Podiatrist”;
(d) after
the entry “Registered nurse: second level” there shall be inserted
the entry “Social worker”.
2 Citation
and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Health Care (Registration) (No. 3)
(Jersey) Regulations 2007.
(2) These
Regulations shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
