Ouen) (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Order 2010

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 62
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], and after consultation with the
Connétable of St. Ouen, orders as follows –
1 Schedule 2 amended
In Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic (St. Ouen) (Jersey)
Order 1979[2] –
(a) after
the item and entry for La Rue de la Fosse au Bois there are inserted the
following item and entry –
“La Rue des Marettes
|
East side (between the southern boundary of the property Les
Marettes and a point 42 yards north).”;
|
(b) for
the entry for La Rue des Cosnets there are substituted the following
entries –
|
“East side (between La Rue à la Pendue and the north
side of the northern entrance to La Ville Vautier)
West side.”.

amended
In Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic (St. Ouen)
(Jersey) Order 1979 –
(a) before
the item and entry for Les Ruettes there are inserted the following item and
entry –
“Le Mont Matthieu
|
Between its junction with La Rue de la Campagne and its junction
with La Rue du Val de la Mare.”;
|
(b) after
the item and entry for Les Ruettes there are inserted the following item and
entry –
“La Verte Rue (Cueillette de
Millais)
|
The entire road.”.

3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (St. Ouen)
(Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Order 2010 and comes into force
14 days after it is made.
