THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE makes this Order under Articles 62, 63, 64 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 –

1        Interpretation

This Order amends the Road Traffic (St. Helier) (Jersey) Order 1996.

2        Schedule 4 (prohibition of waiting) amended

In Schedule 4 before the item “Albert Street” and its entry there is inserted –

“Albert Place

 

East side (between La Route du Port Elizabeth and a point 52 yards north)

 

West side (between La Route du Port Elizabeth and a point 12 yards north)

 

West side (between a point 41 yards north of La Route du Port Elizabeth and a point 7 yards further north)”.

3        Schedule 8 (parking places on roads) amended

In Schedule 8 –

(a)     in Part 2 (paying parking places – 1 hour limit), before the item “Ann Place” and its entry there is inserted –

“Albert Place

West side (between a point 12 yards north of La Route du Port Elizabeth and a point 28 yards further north)”;

(b)     in Part 3 (paying parking places – 2 hour limit), after the item “Janvrin Road” and its entry there is inserted –

Le Quai aux Marchands

 

West side (between a point 11 yards south of its junction with South Pier and a point 24 yards further south)”.

4        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (St. Helier) (Amendment No. 37) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
