Road Traffic (Saint Helier) (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Order 2003

THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33A, 33B, 33C and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[1] and after consultation with the Connétable of St. Helier, orders as follows –

1        Amendment of Article 29C

In Article 29C of the Road Traffic (Saint Helier) (Jersey) Order 1996[2] the expression “£150” shall be revoked and the words “£150 for a period of six months’ validity of the permit” shall be substituted.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Saint Helier) (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Order 2003 and shall come into force on the seventh day after it is made.
