Wage) (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2016

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 16 and 104 of
the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 2 of the Minimum Wage Order
amended
In Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007[2] –
(a) in paragraph (1)
for the amount “£6.97” there shall be substituted the amount
“£7.18”;
(b) in paragraph (2)
for the amount “£5.23” there shall be substituted the amount
“£5.39”; and
(c) in paragraph (2A)
for the amount “£6.10” there shall be substituted the amount
“£6.28”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment
No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2016 and shall come into force on 1st April 2017.
