THE MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS, in pursuance of Article 6(3) of the
Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule 1 to the Terrorism (Jersey) Law
2002 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002[2] –
(a) the
organization “Mujaheddin e Khalq.” shall be deleted;
(b) for
the organization “Hizballah External Security Organisation.” there
shall be substituted the following organization –
“The military wing of
Hizballah, including the Jihad Council and all units reporting to it (including
the Hizballah External Security Organisation).”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Proscribed Organizations)
(Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2008 and shall come into force
7 days after it is made.
