Policing of Parks (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2010

THE STATES, in pursuance of the Order in Council of 26th December 1851[1] and Article 92 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[2], have made the following Regulations –

1        Amendment of the Policing of Parks (Jersey) Regulations 2005

In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Policing of Parks (Jersey) Regulations 2005[3] after the plan showing the parks “South Hill & Mount Bingham Gardens” and “La Collette Gardens” there shall be inserted the plan in the Schedule to these Regulations.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Policing of Parks (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
