Extradition (Designated Territories) (Jersey) Regulations 2004

Coming into force                         in accordance with Regulation 3(2)

THE STATES, in pursuance of Articles 6 and 120 of the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        Designated territories of the first category

The territories specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations are specified as territories in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004.[2]

2        Designated territories of the second category

The territories specified in Schedule 2 to these Regulations are specified as territories in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004.[3]

3        Citation and commencement

(1)     These Regulations may be cited as the Extradition (Designated Territories) (Jersey) Regulations 2004.

(2)     These Regulations shall come into force on the same day as the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004.
