Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 21) (Jersey) Order 2016

THE MINISTER FOR HOUSING, in pursuance of Articles 5 and 19 of the Lodging Houses (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1962[1], orders as follows –

1        Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1962

In Article 4(1) of the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1962[2], for the amount “£13.65” there is substituted the amount “£14.00”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 21) (Jersey) Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st December 2016.
