Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004 (Appointed Day) Act 2004

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 123 of the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004,[1] have made the following Act –

1        Appointed day for commencement of Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004

The Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004[2] shall come into force on 1st October 2004.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004 (Appointed Day) Act 2004.
