Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2005

1        Article 2(7) amended

In Article 2(7) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Jersey) Order 1998[2] –

(a)     in sub-paragraph (a) for the amount “£71.10” there shall be substituted the amount “£72.85”;

(b)     in sub-paragraph (b) for the amount “£127” there shall be substituted the amount “£130.15”;

(c)     in sub-paragraph (c) for the amount “£63.50” there shall be substituted the amount “£65.07”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st January 2006.
